Home has never been a “where” to me. It’s more of a state of being. Dorothy was the pioneer. With her ruby slippers she could go home any time she wanted to, no matter where she was. In the same way it’s easy to be completely lost even when in familiar surroundings. It used to be a book and a cup of coffee. Today it’s more likely to be a notebook or tablet, a mobile phone, and the same cup of coffee. For a few moments, no matter where you are or who you’re with, you can be home.
